Refund policy

At Suite Love Chapel, all services are appointment-based and reserved exclusively for each client. Once a booking is confirmed, dedicated time, resources, and preparation are immediately allocated to your ceremony. As a result, all sales are final.

Booking Confirmation

All appointments require payment at the time of booking to secure your date and time.

Payment confirms acceptance of all service policies, including cancellation and rescheduling terms.


Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be requested at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time.

  • Cancellations made 24 hours or more in advance may qualify for a complimentary one-time reschedule.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment, including same-day cancellations or no-shows, are non-refundable.

Late cancellations result in loss of the reserved time slot, preparation labor, and the inability to offer that appointment to another couple.


Complimentary Reschedule (One-Time Courtesy)

We understand that unexpected situations arise.

Each booking includes one complimentary reschedule, subject to the following conditions:

  • The new appointment must occur within 30 days of the original booking date.
  • Rescheduling requests must be made before the scheduled appointment time whenever possible.
  • Rescheduling is based on availability.
  • Additional reschedule requests may require a new booking fee.

 


Late Arrival Policy

We operate on a strict appointment schedule to ensure each couple receives the full experience they booked.

If you or your guests arrive more than 15 minutes late, and/or if your ceremony starts more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be subject to cancellation without refund due to scheduling constraints. In some cases, and depending on availability, we may still be able to proceed.

In the event that we are able to proceed, a $79 late fee will apply and must be paid prior to the signing of your marriage license.


No-Show Policy

Failure to arrive or communicate by the scheduled appointment time will be considered a no-show.

No-shows are non-refundable and not eligible for rescheduling.


Preparation & Custom Services

Many services involve advance preparation, including ceremony planning, script customization, scheduling coordination, and administrative work. For this reason, payments compensate both reserved time and preparation already performed.


Refund Eligibility

Refunds are issued only if:

  • Suite Love Chapel cancels the appointment, or
  • The service cannot be fulfilled due to circumstances directly caused by the provider.

Refunds are not issued for:

  • Late cancellations
  • Same-day cancellations
  • No-shows
  • Change of mind after booking
  • Family Emergencies 
  • Failure to obtain required documents (e.g., marriage license)

By booking services, clients acknowledge they have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
