Terms of service

By booking a service with Suite Love Chapel, clients agree to the following terms and conditions:


1. Nature of Services

Suite Love Chapel provides appointment-based wedding ceremony services, including elopements, micro-weddings, vow renewals, and related celebratory experiences.

Each booking reserves dedicated time, staffing, and preparation specific to the client’s ceremony.


2. Outside Vendor Policy

To maintain consistency, safety, and ceremony flow, outside vendors are permitted only under the following terms:

An Outside Vendor Fee of $49 per vendor applies to, but is not limited to:

  • Photographers
  • Videographers
  • Wedding officiants (outside of Suite Love Chapel staff)
  • Content creators
  • Production teams or any professional camera equipment operators

Each vendor present is considered a separate charge.

Suite Love Chapel reserves the right to deny or limit vendor access if they disrupt ceremony flow or violate space guidelines.


3. Guest Count Accuracy Policy

All bookings are based on the guest count provided at the time of reservation.

If a client arrives with more guests than originally disclosed, an additional fee will apply based on:

  • Space limitations
  • Staffing requirements
  • Safety and capacity regulations

Suite Love Chapel reserves the right to:

  • Refuse entry to additional guests beyond the booked capacity, or
  • Charge an additional guest fee prior to entry

Misrepresentation of guest count may result in delays or modification of services.


4. Arrival Policy (Restaurant-Style Reservation)

All appointments are reserved for a specific time slot.

Clients are expected to arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in:

  • Reduced ceremony time
  • Rescheduling (based on availability)
  • Late fees - $79 collected before the signing of your marriage license
  • Cancellation without refund after the 15 minute grace period

We operate on a strict, reservation-based schedule similar to a restaurant seating model. Your ceremony time is reserved exclusively for your party.

  • All members of your party must arrive together in order to be seated and admitted into the suite.
  • We do not allow staggered entry or multiple arrivals.
  • You may choose to proceed with your ceremony if some guests are not present; however, once your party is brought into the suite, we will not be able to pause the ceremony or return to escort additional guests in later.
  • For security, flow, and respect for other scheduled appointments, entry is one-time and all-at-once only.

5. Payment & Refund Policy

All payments are final unless otherwise stated in writing by Suite Love Chapel.

Due to time reservation, staffing, and preparation, refunds are not issued for:

  • Late cancellations
  • No-shows
  • Change of mind
  • Family Emergencies
  • Failure to comply with policies

6. Right to Refuse Service

Suite Love Chapel reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service for any client who:

  • Disrupts operations
  • Violates venue policies
  • Presents safety concerns
  • Misrepresents booking details (including guest count or vendor usage)

7. Agreement to Terms

By booking a service, the client acknowledges they have read, understood, and agreed to all terms listed above.
