#0 Marriage License Signing

For couples who simply want to be married—without a full ceremony.

Your officiant will ask the standard Declaration of Intent:

“Do you, ___, take ___ to be your lawfully wedded husband/wife/spouse?”

After you both say “I do,” your officiant will pronounce you married and complete/sign the appropriate portion of your marriage license.

Please Note:

• This package is for the couple only. Children over 12 months old count as guests. To bring guests, add the Additional Guest Fee to your cart and select the appropriate quantity.

• Suite Love Chapel does not issue marriage licenses. You must bring a valid Georgia marriage license to your appointment.

• Same-day appointments require a Squeeze-In Fee added to your cart before scheduling.

• All elopement and ceremony packages already include marriage license signing, so do not add this service separately if you’ve booked another package.

You may book before obtaining your license, but you must have it with you at your appointment.
